Got a question, a bug report, or a feature request for The Universe, Controlled? Send it along. Lex replies personally, usually within two business days.
Does The Universe, Controlled collect any of my personal information?
No. Nothing at all. There’s no account, no analytics, no telemetry, and no ads. Your settings stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
Nope. The game doesn’t talk to any server, so you can guide craft home on a plane, in a tunnel, or on the far side of the moon.
The obstacles keep wrecking my craft. Can I turn them off?
Yes: open Control The Universe from the main menu and uncheck Enable flying obstacles. The game will call you a monster. It says that to everyone.
How do I report a bug?
Use the form above. If you can, include the device you’re on, the version of the game you’re running (it’s at the bottom of the settings screen), and what you did right before the bug happened. Screenshots are welcome: reply to Lex’s response email with the attachment.
Can I email directly instead?
Sure: lex@lexfriedman.com. The form just routes there with a tidier subject line.
