Got a question, a bug report, or a feature request for AC Slater? Send it along. Lex replies personally — usually within two business days.
Does AC Slater collect any of my personal information?
No. There is no AC Slater account, no AC Slater server, and no telemetry. The app talks directly from your Mac to Sensibo, using the API key you paste in yourself. See the Privacy Policy for the (very short) details.
Where do I get a Sensibo API key?
From your Sensibo account at home.sensibo.com/me/api. It's free. Paste it into AC Slater the first time you open the app.
I'm having trouble with my Sensibo — not with AC Slater. Who do I ask?
For anything that's really about Sensibo itself (your device won't connect to Wi-Fi, your AC isn't responding to Sensibo, your Sensibo account is locked, billing, etc.), Sensibo's own support is the right place. For anything that's about AC Slater — the Mac app itself — the form above is the right place.
I lost my registration code. How do I get it back?
If you bought on the web, head to the recovery page and enter the email you purchased with — we’ll re-send your code. (Mac App Store buyers don’t need a code; just restore purchases in the app.)
How do I request a refund?
If you bought direct from this site, email me within 14 days with your receipt. If you bought through the Mac App Store, Apple handles refunds — go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Details on the refund policy page.
How do I report a bug?
Use the form above. If you can, include your Mac model, the version of macOS you're on, the version of AC Slater you're running, and what you did right before the bug happened. Screenshots are welcome — reply to Lex's confirmation email with the attachment.
