If you bought AC Slater directly from this site, you're eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your original purchase.
To request a refund:
- Submit a request through the contact form. Use the email address you bought AC Slater with so I can match it to the order.
- Include your original receipt — the confirmation email you received from the payment processor, or the order ID from it — pasted into the message field.
- A short note about why you're refunding is appreciated but not required.
I'll refund the original payment method, typically within a few business days. Once a refund is issued, the license is no longer valid and you're asked to stop using the app.
Mac App Store purchasesIf you bought AC Slater through the Mac App Store, Apple handles all refunds for that purchase — not me. I have no access to your Apple ID, your App Store order, or your payment details, so I can't issue a refund for a Mac App Store transaction even if I wanted to.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy AC Slater.
- Find AC Slater in your purchase history and choose “Request a refund.”
Apple's published policy generally allows refund requests within 90 days of purchase, but approval is at Apple's discretion and subject to their Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Past the window?If something on my end is genuinely broken — the app won't run on your Mac, a feature stopped working after an update, etc. — drop me a note anyway and we'll figure it out. I'd rather make it right than hide behind a deadline.
