Got a question, a bug report, or a feature request for Pinball Whiz!? Send it along. Lex replies personally, usually within two business days.
Does Pinball Whiz! collect any of my personal information?
No. Nothing at all. There’s no account, no analytics, no telemetry, and no ads. Your settings stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
Nope. The game doesn’t talk to any server, so you can build machines on a plane, in a tunnel, or anywhere else the Wi-Fi gives up.
I’m stuck on a machine. Any tips?
Watch where the ball goes on a miss and fix that spot first; one well-placed flipper often beats three hopeful ones. Tap a part to rotate it before you reach for another. And if a random machine just isn’t clicking, tap New Puzzle. No one will know.
What does Pinball Whiz Pro unlock?
Every machine theme, every soundtrack, and everything still to come, for one purchase. You’ll find it at the top of Settings.
How do I report a bug?
Use the form above. If you can, include the device you’re on, the version of the game you’re running, and what you did right before the bug happened. Screenshots are welcome: reply to Lex’s response email with the attachment.
Can I email directly instead?
Sure: lex@lexfriedman.com. The form just routes there with a tidier subject line.
