Improv training for business

Improv workshops that build confident, collaborative teams.

A corporate improv workshop is a fun team-bonding activity that also teaches public speaking, active listening, embracing mistakes, and thinking on your feet.

My improvisation workshops are equal parts business/management skills and improv techniques. Those skills overlap more than most people realize. The best improv training sessions empower both the more reserved and the most boisterous members of your team to shine equally.

The results? Stronger collaboration across departments, more confident managers (and salespeople and presenters and…), and better performance under pressure across the board.

What teams gain from improv training

It’s very important to me that improv workshops never feel hokey or awkward. My focus is building a custom session that caters to the exact skills you want your team to develop, with fun, low-pressure, high-reward exercises.

I’ve worked with groups as small as four people and with teams of more than fifty employees. We’ll start with the classic improv tenet of “Yes, And” and move from there to games, skills, and scenes that drive confidence, speaking skills, quick thinking, strong listening, and more.

Let’s talk so that we can customize the perfect improv training for you and your team.

Why me? I first started studying improv when I was nine years old. After years of studying at the famed Groundlings school in Los Angeles, I joined two improv troupes in central New Jersey. I’ve spent the past several years as a performer with ComedySportz Jersey Shore.
